I like that this location was "low-key" and had a cozy cottage feel with a sense of community. With just a dozen or so units in our enclave with a central common courtyard, it's not massive, overwhelming, and anonymous like so many big box resorts housing residents by the hundreds or thousands like ants in an ant hill. It's right on the beach access so with just a short jaunt, we're there! The property rules are clear and everyone abides by them (especially appreciated for quiet hours). The unit was clean and tidy. The grounds were well-manicured and maintained. The housekeeping staff is diligent and you can tell they work hard.

The location was as perfect as it gets! We arrived much earlier than anticipated, stopped at the property to ask about early check in, which wasn’t immediately available (understandably) but, they made sure to call us as soon as it was possible to check in, which was over 2 hours early and much appreciated. We couldn’t park at the property until then—so we just went to the public beach access. It is a very short walk to beach and restaurants and the market. The pool area was well kept and not as crowded as I expected. The room was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly & accommodating….We will absolutely return!

Very clean, well-thought-out design of the rooms, convenient location of the bedrooms, a huge cozy bed. Everything you need for living, a good kitchen. As if everything was renovated. Parking for a car is very close. It is very nice that you can get coffee and tea for free at the reception. Please note - it is open until 22.00. Special thanks to the hotel staff. We arrived late, and we were given extra time for a late check-out. Well, the place itself - I fell in love with this beach. You can walk 1.5 hours along the sand along the shore. Very beautiful. I am sure that I will return to this place more than once.

Lots of disappointments this time. Beach beds extortionate price. Only 2 umbrellas round the pool. In 95% heat!!. Cleaning staff left a full bin bag outside our apt ON THREE separate occasions. I had to phone reception twice and was asked if I’d like it removed!! Really!! On the last occasion I went into reception as was going out. The woman behind the counter pointed to a man next to the coffee area and said to ask, him as he’s maintenance!! Again really!!! AC not very cold due to it being 95 outside. We won’t be coming again so don’t offer us any discounts etc.

We were married 10 years ago & stayed at this location. It's right on the Beach at Siesta Key (it has It's own private beach on site-love it)and is close to restaurants and other shops. Staff presented us with (2) mini bottles of champagne to celebrate our Anniversary. We love this place! We've returned several times and will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend for couples or families.
